PSHE/RSE

Fowey River Academy’s PSHE/RSE programme develops students identity, self-belief, self-awareness and resilience.  We want our students to be able to build strong and positive relationships, to be tolerant and allow them to succeed in a truly diverse society. Our students will learn to make safe, informed, responsible and independent decisions. As they develop into young adults, they must be accountable for their own actions and learn how to repair and rebuild when things go wrong. Through assertively communicating their own desires, needs and wants they will be able to take control of their own life now and in the future.
