Due to the severe unpredictability of the weather experienced today we have made the unfortunate decision to cancel project week. We do not take this decision lightly but the weather we have seen today has been more extreme than we expected and we must take student safety very seriously.
Although high winds and rain were forecast this week, the localised thunder and lightning that we saw today was unexpected and with further bad weather sweeping in, it has led us to this sad decision.
Students will be expected to attend normal lessons in full uniform tomorrow with all the expected equipment.
We hope to resurrect some of the activities planned for this week in future project weeks.
